SHIPPING

We currently deliver within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. Shipments to PO Boxes and APO/ FPO addresses will be sent Standard delivery.

We offer 3 shipping options to fit your needs.

Orders placed after 2:00PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail with tracking when your order is on the way. Please note, orders may be split across multiple shipments.

Shipping dates for backordered or pre-sale products will be listed on the product page and will be sent as soon as they become available.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for merchandise in new condition. Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving your merchandise to be eligible for a full refund. All returns must be shipped back to us and cannot be returned to a store, unless the product being returned was an in-store purchase that you took with you on that day. In that instance, the purchased product must be taken back to the store to process the return.

Please note, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in original packaging with tags attached. Once a tag is removed, an item cannot be returned. Product not in new condition may be refused or subject to a stocking fee.

Product marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. All off-the-rack dresses and/or sample sale purchases in-store are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO RETURN
  1. Request a return label
    • Locate your order number and email address used to complete the purchase. 
    • Follow this link, and copy-paste the information above to start your return. 
    • Please note, there is a $8.95 return shipping fee charged for use of this label. This cost will be deducted from the refund price. Record your tracking number to follow your return’s progress
  2. Package your return & affix return label
    • Complete the return form included in your order. Repackage your merchandise securely. Cover or remove any original mailing labels or barcodes on the package.
  3. Take your package to a FedEx drop off location
    • For assistance locating a drop off location click here. Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing.
EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer even exchanges. You will need to process a full return and place a new order online for a replacement item. See steps above. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. 

Reusable and protective face masks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards cannot be exchanged.
